Most calls start small: a breaker that won’t stay on, a bathroom fan that quit, a kitchen that needs real light. We fix the problem in front of us, check what’s behind it, and tell you honestly whether anything else needs attention now or can wait.

For bigger work, like a service upgrade, a remodel, or a full rewire of an older house in Weirton or Steubenville, Electric O plans the work, pulls the permit, schedules the inspection, and leaves the place cleaner than we found it. A master electrician is available to review the job and advise the crew when needed. Every truck says Electric O, and the whole crew works to live up to it.

Who actually shows up at my house?

Someone from our own crew, in an Electric O shirt and an Electric O truck. Most of the field crew have OSHA 30 training and a couple have OSHA 10, and a master electrician is available to advise when a job needs it. Everyone is expected to treat your home with care and explain what they're doing.
